All orders are subject to availablity and if out of stock, we will contact the supplier and advise you within 2 business days about the outcome. We can not guarantee supplier availability.
From time to time, we will run out of stock unexpectedly. If this occurs, we will contact the supplier and advise you of the revised ETA.
BACKORDER – Some of our products are available to purchase on backorder, this means the item is out of stock currently as is awaiting stock replenishment.
We do not offer a refund due to change of mind, so please choose carefully.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, of order being placed. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered. You will receive a notification via email with tracking information, once your order has been shipped.
If you require something delivered more urgently, please contact us and we can arrange this for you, at an additional charge.
Our delivery options include post, local delivery and “click and collect”.
For larger / bulky items, such as artwork and furniture, shipping cost is calculated on a case by case basis, after check-out. Shortly after your order is placed, we will be in touch with the shipping cost.
For “Click and Collect” we will contact you via phone or email, to let you know when your purchase is ready for collection. If you haven’t heard from us within 48 hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here.
Local delivery is limited to Parkdale, Beaumaris, Mentone and Black Rock at this stage.
Wall Art and Furniture
Prices do not include shipping charges, these are calculated on a case by case basis, due to size, weight and delivery location.
Once you have completed your shopping, please select standard shipping and we will contact you to arrange payment for the remaining balance, once shipping has been calculated.

We offer an exchange / credit note for the online store, within 14 days of purchase.
For an exchange, the unwanted item/s can be returned in-store or via post. If via post, the return postage will need to be paid prior to us sending the exchange product back to you.
Items must be in original condition as they were purchased.
If your purchase is deemed faulty you will be offered a replacement, repair or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Health and Safety Regulations, no returns are accepted on earrings.
Afterpay / Zip-Pay
Afterpay is avaialble online ONLY. Zip-Pay is available in-store ONLY. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for any Afterpay or Zip-Pay purchases.
If you are purchasing your item as a gift, and would like a gift exchange card, please make sure you email us to advise. Items without a receipt will not be excepted for exchange, or store credit.
