All orders are subject to availablity and if out of stock, we will contact the supplier and advise you within 2 business days about the outcome. We can not guarantee supplier availability.
From time to time, we will run out of stock unexpectedly. If this occurs, we will contact the supplier and advise you of the revised ETA.
If on the occasion, you are not happy with the revised ETA, we can offer you a full refund.
Please expect to receive your goods 5-10 business days upon purchase.
If you require something delivered more urgently, please contact us and we can arrange this for you at an extra charge.
We offer free shipping on orders over $250. This however does not apply to furniture or wall art.
Our delivery options are via post, local courier delivery and “click and collect”.
Delivery via post will be through Australia Post unless the item is oversized or bulky in which we may contact you to confirm. Oversized or bulky items may also take longer to be delivered, please take this into consideration when purchasing those items. Oversized and/or bulky items such as wall art, will incur an extra delivery fee. We will contact you after you make your purchase to calculate this.
For “click and collect” options please advise which store you would like to pick this up. Please remember to wait for email confirmation before pick up, however if you haven’t heard from us in 24 hours please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here.
Local delivery is limited to Parkdale, Beaumaris, Mentone and Black Rock at this stage.
If you have an urgent order, please don’t hesitate to call either Zudis or Midas & Min in store to reserve an item/s for you.
Wall Art and Furniture
Prices do not include shipping charges, these are calculated on a case by case basis due to the size and weight.
Once you have completed your shopping, please select standard shipping and we will contact you to arrange for the balance payment once shipping has been calculated.
In line with our in store policy, we do not offer refunds so please ensure you choose your items carefully. We can offer an exchange or store credit, however this will need to be used in store.
If you receive your product damaged, please call us instore to discuss. This will be on a case by case basis.
If you are purchasing your item as a gift, and you would like a gift exchange card please make sure you email us to advise. Items without a receipt will not be excepted for exchange, or store credit.
Please advise in comments when you purchase if your purchase is for a gift.
If you would like your purchase gift wrapped, please advise in comments at checkout.
