What is your return policy?
If the item is returned (within 14 days of you receiving it) with proof of purchase we are happy to exchange it or issue a credit note (valid for 3 months), however we do not refund due to change of mind. Please see Terms and Conditions for further details.
Can I return my web purchase to store?
Yes, you can return items bought online to our ZUDIS retail store for exchange only. Please ensure the goods are in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable) and remember to take your receipt which can be an invoice or a bank statement.
Is everything in your retail store sold in your online store?
Do you accept cheque or money order?
Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller’s cheques or money orders.
How long does delivery take?
Between 2- 10 business days for all Australian addresses. (if your purchase has not arrived within 10 business days please contact the store)
Out of Stock product and procedure.
At Zudis we try our best to ensure items on our website are in stock at all times. If you make a purchase and the item is not available at the time of packing, we will contact you to arrange a refund or substitute or to discuss delivery times of when the item will return in stock. If an item reads “NOTIFY ME” please feel free to call or email the store to discuss when the item is expected to be in stock again. You may also leave your contact details so we can notify you when the item comes in.
Do you take customer orders?
Yes for most items we are happy to take customer orders (with a 50% deposit required).

Can I use my Gift Voucher online?
No, unfortunately we are unable to accept gift vouchers online.
Do you LayBy?
Yes, we do accept LayBy. We do not process them directly through the online store, so please phone the store to organise this. We require a 20% deposit and the goods are held for 4 weeks.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched for delivery within Australia, you will recieve an Australia Post eParcel Tracking number. To track your delivery please go to: http://www.auspost.com.au/track. Once this tracking number is received, any delivery inquiries should be directed to Australia post on 13 POST (13 7678).
